Trend Architect (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the trendarchitect.com website (the “Service”).
Information Collection and Use
We use this information primarily to provide you an enhanced Service which may require us to:

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you the Service, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at email@example.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You can use some of the features of the Service without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect. You may unsubscribe from receiving certain promotional emails from us. We mask passwords through a process called hashing using a function known as bcrypt, which replaces the actual password with a random set of numbers and letters that are stored in our system. This allows our system to validate your account credentials without revealing your password. This is an industry standard.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.

Our Service does not address children under the age of 13 (“Children”), and Children are prohibited from using our Service. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, you can alert us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
